MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional)

The Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) credential validates that an individual has the comprehensive set of skills necessary to perform a particular job role, such as database administrator or enterprise messaging administrator. MCITP certifications build on the technical proficiency measured in the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certifications. Therefore, you will earn one or more MCTS certifications on your way to earning an MCITP credential.

MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician)

This credential proves that you have the skills to successfully support end users and to successfully troubleshoot desktop environments running on the Microsoft Windows operating system. Two exams are required and to help you prepare for these we offer a 5-day course or 12 weekly evening classes, which combines the 2 courses below. Course prices and schedule available here.

MCSA (Microsoft Certified System Associate)

This level of certification is aimed at IT professionals who manage and maintain networks and systems based on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 operating system. Four exams are required, 3 core and 1 elective. The courses we offer to help you prepare for the MCSA exams are below. The basic 2273 course is also scheduled to run one evening for 12 weeks. This is the premier level of certification and is aimed at IT professionals who analyse the business requirements and design, plan, and implement the infrastructure for business solutions based on Microsoft Windows Server System integrated server software. The seven exams required for this certification comprised of 6 core and 1 elective. We offer one additional course to help you get started on the MCSE track.
