MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional)

This credential is for professionals who have the skills to successfully implement a Microsoft product or technology as part of a business solution in an organisation. To obtain one you are required to pass any of the Microsoft exams and could choose one related to Windows 2003 Server or Windows XP Professional. Any of the courses listed below would help you prepare for the MCP.

MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician)

This credential proves that you have the skills to successfully support end users and to successfully troubleshoot desktop environments running on the Microsoft Windows operating system. Two exams are required and to help you prepare for these we offer a 5-day course or 12 weekly evening classes, which combines the 2 courses below. Course prices and schedule available here.

Course 2261: Supporting Users Running the Microsoft Windows XP Operating System (3 days)

Course 2262: Supporting Users Running Applications on a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System (2 days)

MCSA (Microsoft Certified System Associate)

This level of certification is aimed at IT professionals who manage and maintain networks and systems based on Microsoft Windows Server operating system. Four exams are required, 3 core and 1 elective. The courses we offer to help you prepare for the MCSA exams are below. The basic 2273 course is also scheduled to run one evening for 12 weeks. Course 2273: Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment (five days)

Course 2277: Implementing, Managing, and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure: Network Services (five days)

Course 2285: Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows XP Professional (two days)

Course 2400: Implementing and Managing Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 (five days)

MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer)

This is the premier level of certification and is aimed at IT professionals who analyse the business requirements and design, plan, and implement the infrastructure for business solutions based Microsoft Windows Server System integrated server software. The seven exams required for this certification comprised of 6 core and 1 elective. We offer one additional course to help you get started on the MCSE track.
