CompTIA A+ certification is an international industry credential that validates the knowledge of computer service technicians. Major hardware and software vendors, distributors and resellers accept CompTIA A+ as the standard in foundation-level, vendor-neutral certification for service technicians. The IT Essentials course is part of our Cisco Network Academy programme and provides comprehensive training towards the two exams that make up this industry certification. The IT Essentials Course runs one evening a week for 12 weeks and includes both theory and hands on labs.
