At the Network Academy we offer the following Cisco VoIP and Security Courses:

Implementing A Cisco VoIP solution (5 Days)

This course is designed for clients who have a good understanding of data networking and are looking to move into the area of converged networks.  With a 50% split between instructor taught theory and practical lab sessions, this course will give you the knowledge and hands-on experience to implement a Cisco VoIP solution.

Some of the areas covered by this course include.

There will be plenty of practical labs, where you will be able to get your hands on and configure Cisco routers, switches and phones.  All the equipment is in-house, so we don't have any of the issues that most training providers in this field experience who use remote labs hosted in Dubai or Argentina (ask other providers before signing up with them if they have their own equipment) that regularly fail.

Implementing a Cisco Call Manager Express VoIP Solution (3 day)

This course is designed to introduce the Cisco Call Manager Express Solution for implementing VoIP in a SOHO and SME environment. CCME integrates all of the common telephony requirements without a large investment in specific call routing hardware and software.  CCME does this by hosting the VoIP solution within a Cisco router.

Introduction to VoIP CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) diagram(1 day)

This course is an introduction to the world of converged Voice and Data networking. The course primarily looks at the many considerations that should be taken into account when deciding on a converged solution for your business.

Configuring the Cisco PIX Security Appliance (2 day)

This course is an introduction to the Cisco PIX Security Appliance. The PIX is a very popular firewall solution but not always that user friendly to configure.  This course is aimed at individuals with experience of networking who wish to learn the specifics of setting up the PIX firewall.
